No — a membership is not required for an eye exam. When arrived, simply let the team know you have an appointment with FM Optometry, and they’ll happily show you the way.

We’re a new practice and currently out-of-network for most insurance plans. However, patients can still submit their itemized receipt to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

No dilation needed! Every exam includes a free Optomap® photo so Dr. Pham can see a wide view of your retina without drops — you can drive, work, or shop right after your visit.

Most exams take 20–30 minutes. With no dilation, you’ll be in and out quickly.
